Description of the task:
  • Facilitating access to appointments for registration employees from the “Registration” tab.
  • Currently, employees have to carry out many activities to access a specific visit, which is time consuming.
  • The current process requires entering the appointment, followed by a separate search for the specialist, the office and the appointment in question.
  • The goal is to simplify this process so that it only requires two clicks.
Observations:
  • Registration staff who do not have administrator privileges report having to make too many clicks to access a patient visit (e.g. to print information).
Suggested Solution:
  • Adding a “Visit” button in the interface, which will allow you to quickly go to the necessary information, analogous to administrative access.
Please think about a solution that could be implemented to simplify this process and increase the efficiency of your registration work.
