Registration — access to visits from the Registration window

Description of the task:
- Facilitating access to appointments for registration employees from the “Registration” tab.
- Currently, employees have to carry out many activities to access a specific visit, which is time consuming.
- The current process requires entering the appointment, followed by a separate search for the specialist, the office and the appointment in question.
- The goal is to simplify this process so that it only requires two clicks.
Observations:
- Registration staff who do not have administrator privileges report having to make too many clicks to access a patient visit (e.g. to print information).
Suggested Solution:
- Adding a “Visit” button in the interface, which will allow you to quickly go to the necessary information, analogous to administrative access.
Please think about a solution that could be implemented to simplify this process and increase the efficiency of your registration work.
