Currently, after combining two patient accounts, the redundant record disappears without a trace. This makes it difficult to determine later what happened to the data and why the file in question is no longer visible in the system.
Proposed solution: Entering into the system information about who the patient has been merged with. Thanks to this, in the history of changes, it will be clearly visible which record was deleted and to which account its data was assigned. This will avoid chaos in the database and make it easier to find information in case of a mistake.
