The proposal concerns limiting the ability to write in chat after the end of the visit. Currently, there is a situation in which, despite the change of the status of the visit to “completed”, the patient still has access to the chat and can send messages, which causes non-compliance with the expected course of service. Therefore, it is proposed to introduce a chat lock after setting the status of the appointment as completed, so that the patient can no longer continue communication within that visit.
