Currently, the patient record lacks part of the additional authorization codes, which are necessary for the correct issuance of orders for medical devices directly in the system. This makes it necessary to duplicate the work and issue documents by an external government party.

We propose to supplement the list of permissions with the missing procedures:

472ABW, 472AF, 472AF30, 472AZ, 472AZ30, 47CN, 47IB, 47IW, 47MON, 47OR, 47ZN, 47ZND.

Adding these codes will allow doctors to efficiently issue full orders without leaving the system.
