I ask for the introduction of functionality that allows assigning permanent diagnoses of the patient only to a specific clinic.
For example:
- in POZ, a patient with chronic diseases, for example, diabetes, arterial hypertension and hypothyroidism (multimorbidity) should be able to automatically supplement these diseases in the “Diagnosis” window during each subsequent visit,
  • similarly in a specialist clinic, e.g. an ophthalmologist, if the patient is being treated for cataracts, then each subsequent follow-up visit or continuation of treatment mainly concerns this disease entity and the diagnosis should be automatically prompted or assigned to the visit.
Currently, manually entering the same recognitions each time increases the service time of the visit and increases the risk of missing important information.
Proposed functionality:
  • the possibility of assigning permanent diseases of the patient to a particular clinic,
  • automatic prompting or supplementing of these diagnoses during subsequent visits to a given clinic,
  • lack of influence of these diagnoses on visits to other clinics (important)
The solution would significantly improve the work of medical personnel and improve the completeness of medical records.
