In connection with the implementation of on-line registration, we tested this solution on a group of patients of the institution and several conclusions were made:
1) Choice of institution - we should have the option to define which institution has on-line registration. Currently, at point 1 (Select a specialist) all establishments are shown (regardless of whether they register online);
2) Photo of specialists - we suggest that the photo of specialists be shown after the choice of specialization. The current solution causes patients not to notice the Specialization field and search all specialists for photos.
3) Development of services - the inability to compile lists of services according to our preferences (e.g. the most frequently searched services). This is now done alphabetically.
4) Appearance of the application on the tablet and phone - the current layout is not very readable (texts scatter). The app looks like it's not mobile-friendly.
