Spell check in filled fields in Medyc during a patient visit

Please inform me if it is possible to include in the system a Polish dictionary correcting the text, e.g. the interview field. Enabling the spell checker option in chrome/firefox does not fix/does not work.

When entering a dictionary, it is likely to mark drug names and medical terminology as errors. Wouldn't such underlining in specialized names be a nuisance for you in your daily work?
