The list of issued prescriptions and referrals looks very cool in the patient card.
All we lack is information about which doctor issued the prescription/referral. If possible, we would ask you to add such information, even at the date of issue.
And are canceled prescriptions visible here too? Is there an annotation on how to cancel a particular prescription?

There was also a request for the e-prescription code to appear on this list. Then everything could be checked quickly, without going into every visit.
