After the last update of the system, the possibility of introducing locks in the schedule (vacations, absences, breaks) in places where patients are already enrolled was blocked. Previously, the system allowed this, which was the optimal solution for our institution.

Both registration and specialists have a huge problem with scheduling schedules in advance.

In addition, the lack of the possibility of flexible imposition of the blockade poses a high risk that we will miss the absence of the doctor and patients will not be informed in time about the cancellation or postponement of the appointment.

We strongly urge you to restore the previous mode of operation of the blockades or implement a compromise solution. The ideal way out would be to add in the system settings the option to choose: enable/disable this lock, so that each client can adapt the schedule to their own procedures.
