Sending sms to patients after the visit

I am also waiting for this option. It will help us a lot to improve our work, it takes us a lot of time to send single sms thanking you for visiting. It is frustrating that every sms has to be copied, pasted and sent manually. We will be grateful for this feature!

Thank you for the idea. We want to carefully analyze this feature so that it best suits your needs. Please clarify:
- Should this automatic SMS be sent after each visit, or would you prefer to be able to enable it only for selected services (e.g. only after treatments requiring recommendations)?
- Shipping time: Do you need one fixed time (e.g. automatic dispatch always 30 minutes after the visit) or do you need the possibility to set this delay yourself (optional 15/30/60 minutes)?

- It's best if you could have enabled shipping to all, but with the ability to do various exclusions. Our goal is to send automatic text messages asking you to leave feedback on Google after the visit - by design SMS is supposed to go out to all patients after the visit, but ideally it would be possible to mark specific services or groups of patients - so that, for example, SMS is sent only to people who have been with us for the first time.
- In my opinion, one fixed time is enough, for example 15 minutes after the visit.

We are also behind this. We would like to have the possibility to set an SMS template, which will be automatically sent, for example 15-30 minutes after the end of the visit. Today, the system does not provide such an opportunity.
