We suggest adding the function of manually removing synchronization with the knownDoctor for a specific appointment. After unlocking it, the system will stop sending notifications to the external portal and will unlock the ability to freely edit and change the status of the visit, which will allow it to be correctly settled in the institution.

When registering patients, especially in large cities like Warsaw, choosing the right territorial code from a long list is currently very difficult. There is no information to distinguish items with the same name. We suggest that the city search engine displays additional information about the province, county and municipality directly under the name of the locality. Ideally, if the system automatically prompts this data also based on the entered street. Such a change will eliminate errors in reporting to the National Health Fund and significantly speed up the entry of patient data.

Please add the ability to enter the dosage in a weekly interval (e.g. “once a week”) when issuing prescriptions for a period of 365 days. Currently, the system only supports daily dosing. This makes it impossible to correctly issue an annual prescription for drugs that are used in weekly cycles, such as birth control patches. The system should allow to define the weekly frequency and validate the e-prescription correctly on this basis.

Currently, after the appointment is canceled or deleted, the chat remains open, which introduces unnecessary chaos in communication with the patient. Thanks to this, the staff will avoid handling questions to non-existent deadlines, and communication in the system will be more transparent.

Currently, after combining two patient accounts, the redundant record disappears without a trace. This makes it difficult to determine later what happened to the data and why the file in question is no longer visible in the system. Proposed solution: Entering into the system information about who the patient has been merged with. Thanks to this, in the history of changes, it will be clearly visible which record was deleted and to which account its data was assigned. This will avoid chaos in the database and make it easier to find information in case of a mistake.

Currently, the patient record lacks part of the additional authorization codes, which are necessary for the correct issuance of orders for medical devices directly in the system. This makes it necessary to duplicate the work and issue documents by an external government party. We propose to supplement the list of permissions with the missing procedures: 472ABW, 472AF, 472AF30, 472AZ, 472AZ30, 47CN, 47IB, 47IW, 47MON, 47OR, 47ZN, 47ZND. Adding these codes will allow doctors to efficiently issue full orders without leaving the system.

Currently, the system lacks the option of self-correction of the payment date by the administrator. The introduction of the payment date editing feature for people with administrator privileges would allow quick correction of errors in financial documentation. This will streamline the accounting process and provide more flexibility in managing settlements within the facility.

In fields such as interview, recommendations or subject study, the dictionary menu is now assigned to the right mouse button. This blocks access to standard browser functions such as “copy” and “paste”, which makes it difficult for doctors accustomed to operating the interface with a mouse. We propose to change the way dictionaries are called to a double click. This will allow you to restore the standard menu under the right mouse button, allowing you to freely copy and paste content, while maintaining quick access to ready-made phrases from dictionaries.

Currently, GUS reports are generated collectively for the entire facility, which prevents precise data extraction for individual units. We suggest adding a filter that allows you to select specific offices before generating the report. Thanks to this, the user will be able to prepare a statement only for selected resources, which will significantly increase the flexibility of the reporting module.

Currently, with each new appointment, the doctor must manually complete the dental diagram from scratch. We propose that the system automatically copies the status of the diagram from the last patient visit to the newly created documentation. Thanks to this, the dentist immediately sees the current status of the treatment and can only apply new changes. Such an improvement will significantly reduce the time of filling out medical records.
