Please adjust the method of transferring data to A-KOL in such a way that the patient's telephone number is provided along with the patient's data, in accordance with the requirements set out in the KOL communication of the National Health Fund. In the “Telephone” field, you must provide up to three telephone numbers, each consisting of 9 digits, separated by/, for example: * 123456789 123456789/987654321 123456789/987654321/122334455 However, in the Note to phone number field, the provider can include additional information about how to communicate with the patient, such as information that the phone is for a legal guardian. Only telephone numbers that cannot be entered in the Telephone field can be placed there, e.g. international numbers, extension numbers. Currently, no data with a phone number is transmitted to AP-KOLCE from Medyc software. In accordance with the provisions of the Regulation [1], providers are required to include in their reception schedules a telephone number or a designation of another means of communication with the beneficiary or his guardian. The correct format of the data transmitted is determined by the KOL [2] message published on the website of the National Health Fund. The necessary scan of the doctor's stamp with the signature that can be uploaded to the system to be pasted in the place where the document is signed by the doctor on the printout. This saves working time. Now the doctor needs to print a certificate, sign/conquer, scan and send to the patient. The indicated stamp with signature will be sent automatically in the e-mail with the summary of the visit. Time saving itself!

The system lacks a function that speeds up the issuance of an invoice for an entity that is not registered as a payer (e.g. is an occasional customer). In this case, the function that is available when registering a new payer (drawing the payer by TIN number from the GUS database) would be useful. Exactly such a function should be available from the level of generating a single invoice.

Currently, the system does not allow a review of payers along with their current balance and information whether an invoice has been issued for the current period. The lack of such a possibility requires the person issuing the invoice to be very careful and “manually” to check which payers the invoice has been issued and which have not (I am thinking here of payers who are issued invoices paid by bank transfer periodically, e.g. monthly). Request to add functionality that will show the balance of a given payer for the period and information about the issued invoice (e.g. info on the last invoice issued).

There is no field that would automatically assign refunds to a patient for prescriptions, e.g. S - senior.

Would it be possible to change the default name in the “PRINT TITLE” field from “visit information card” to “Visit card”? The client performs a lot of ultrasound examinations and the current name does not fit the nature of these services. That would be a big relief for us.

Currently, the employee whose account becomes “inactive” disappears from the schedule, including the patients enrolled. If the patient has not had a paid appointment, then in the event of its absence in the schedule, it is no longer chargeable. Fortunately, such a visit does not disappear from the patient's medical history. This generates additional doubts on the part of the statistics of the occupancy of the cabinets, because it looks as if the cabinet is empty. Leaving active licenses of non-working employees generates unnecessary costs at the same time (because active licenses have to be paid for). I ask for a solution that allows you to transfer employees to the archive (in the status of “inactive”), without modifying the retroactive schedule, preserving all the medical records that the given employee has generated.

In connection with the implementation of on-line registration, we tested this solution on a group of patients of the institution and several conclusions were made: 1) Choice of institution - we should have the option to define which institution has on-line registration. Currently, at point 1 (Select a specialist) all establishments are shown (regardless of whether they register online); 2) Photo of specialists - we suggest that the photo of specialists be shown after the choice of specialization. The current solution causes patients not to notice the Specialization field and search all specialists for photos. 3) Development of services - the inability to compile lists of services according to our preferences (e.g. the most frequently searched services). This is now done alphabetically. 4) Appearance of the application on the tablet and phone - the current layout is not very readable (texts scatter). The app looks like it's not mobile-friendly.

Currently, it is not possible to change the price list with a specific payer. Request to modify the system as it was done by the Users and so that the price list can be changed as needed.

There is no sales report that would cover all sales (services, warehouse, laboratory) in analytical terms (broken down into details such as who, what). I don't know how others are doing but I don't have a complete picture of the sales structure since the system change.
