Good morning, Currently, part of the data on the National Health Fund is in the “visit report” and part in the “visit report of the National Health Fund”. So that all this makes sense and does not duplicate, you can remove the column “NFZ product” or, for example, “number of points” from the visit report and put them in the NFZ report. Currently, the report of visits to the National Health Fund is incomplete and in total it does not give anything. And in turn, in the report of visits for clinics that do not have a contract, these data are completely unnecessary there. The breakdown into two independent reports gives clarity on where to look for what data to look for. The report of visits to the National Health Fund would be complete if it contained columns with data: a) date - it is already b) the patient - is already c) doctor (specialist) - there is no d) the product of the National Health Fund - there is none, it is in another report e) the number of points of the National Health Fund - there is none, it is in another report f) on which invoice the National Health Fund was paid - it is already and necessarily the ability to export to an excell file. This would be exactly what is needed to do the accounting. In the current operation of the system, there is a situation where: The diagnosis selected from the content of the referral automatically overwrites the diagnosis already entered by the doctor at the appointment!!! This can happen when the registrar selects a referral associated with the visit or when the referral is edited/previewed again. As a result, the diagnosis established by the specialist doctor in AOS is lost and replaced by information from the referral, even though the referral is preliminary and does not constitute a clinical diagnosis. This causes m.in . risk of medical errors, problems with prescriptions (e.g. reimbursed drugs dependent on diagnosis, as in glaucoma), loss of doctors' trust in the system, the possibility of incompatibility of medical records. The diagnosis entered by the doctor during the appointment must be overriding and can never be automatically changed by the system. Functional requirements (to be implemented/improved): The system cannot automatically replace the diagnosis of the visit based on the content of the referral either during registration or when editing the referral. If the system tries to enter a different diagnosis (for example, the user manually transfers it): display the message: “The diagnosis from the visit has already been established by the doctor. Are you sure you want to change it?” by default NO. Users with a registration role should not be able to: overwriting the doctor's diagnosis, or accidentally modify it when choosing a referral. If the diagnosis is changed manually the system should save: who changed, when, from what value to what.

I ask you to make a change in the system — it's about the “Visits” tab. We would like for the settled visits to the National Health Fund in the column “Services” displayed information about the settlement of the visit to the National Health Fund, e.g. in the format “W11 specialized provision of the 1st Type”, “Price” displayed information about the point, e.g. in the format “44 points” The price should take into account coefficients - e.g. for first-time patients or children (i.e. show the actual number of points with which a given visit is reported to the National Health Fund). Such a solution will allow doctors to catch any errors in the accounting of visits on an ongoing basis, which will significantly improve the process of control and correctness of documentation. Doctors are also used to this type of solution, which will make their daily work easier.

Currently, in MEDYC, when adding tests commissioned to an external laboratory, both the price that the patient charges and the price that the clinic pays for a given laboratory test are displayed at the visit. Please remove the display of both items and leave only the one that is to be billed to the patient after the appointment.

In a situation where we finalize the appointment from the registration level and want to choose the treatment purchased by the patient in advance, which is billed with a pass (or several procedures) and the patient has several different passes, the marking of the pass with the number is not easy to read. We would like to be able to mark the pass with the name of the procedure to facilitate and improve the completion of the visit. Currently we have to look for a pass and check what it concerns which takes more time.

Please add a function that allows you to change the VAT rate for products sold, as is currently the case with added treatment procedures. We want the receptionist to be able to choose the VAT rate for a given product on her own at each sale. The addition of variable VAT rates (ZW, 8% and 23%) will allow entities providing medical services to resell products on preferential terms in accordance with Article 43 (1) of the Law on Goods and Services Tax. The possibility of changing the VAT rate at the time of sale is important to us because the sale of the same product may have a ZW rate (if the product issued is closely related to the treatment performed) or, for example, 23% if the sale is made outside the visit. Hence, a rigid definition of VAT to a product is inappropriate for us and carries a tax risk - we cannot account for the ZW of products that are sold outside the visit, so we ask that you be able to add the option to choose VAT at each possible sale.

Currently, it is only possible to generate and send an invoice to the patient manually. For telemedicine appointments, 99% of the appointment is paid before it starts, so the FV could be generated automatically after the doctor finishes the appointment and sent by email to the patient (separate or the same as the summary of the appointment).
